Our Goals:
- To support for advancing and furthering the study, research, education, academic exchanges of knowledge in the profession of Hepatology
- To manage principles of clinical research and basic sciences in field of Hepatology
- To integrate national and international projects to develop all important aspects of Hepatology
- To facilitate coalition activities among members by circulating information on research through scientific conferences and workshops
- To help in operational and logistic support
- To provide global facilities, avoid parallel works and practice for team work
- To planning for a database to register scientists and projects and laboratories engaged in activities in field of Hepatology

As one of the pioneer in the region of Middle East and Central Asia, we are holding an annual international congress each ear around October. Until now, we have held three successful congresses (THC1, THC2 and THC3). Now, we are trying to do our best to hold the 4th one as the Fourth International Tehran Hepatitis Congress in 5-7 October 2011.
